Does anyone know if some exercises / sample applications exists for training users in using both the performance and memory profiler?

There are some limited examples in the documentation here: https://documentation.red-gate.com/display/APP9/Worked+examples. The Nerdinner application might need recompiling but I used it recently without problems.
