Editing a formatting style, If longer than wrap column

SQL Prompt version 8.1
I'm editing a Formatting Style and in the Expressions section, IN clause, there is an option for "Place subsequent values on new lines" with the choice of "Always", "Never", "If longer than wrap column". This is unlike other options where we can change x in something like "If contents longer than x characters". What is the "wrap column"? Is that set somewhere in SQL Prompt?
