If I remember right, there is no option in SQL Compare to do so.

I would love to know more about your use case here. Could you tell me a bit more about it?
Our current state on this is that we are not 100% sure what the user value here. We get that ignoring semi-colons can be beneficial but it seems like a one-off case after you make the first deployment. As I mentioned, we are unsure whether that's the case or we are missing something more important.
