Performance analize info is suddenly missing

Hi,
After working with ANTS Performance Profiler 9.6 pro for more than a month, suddenly, something was probably changed and now I dont see any more the Hit Count info...
Moreover, I dont see the statistics within the methods (in the code). I have only info for the method itself...
What was changed and how can I get this info back?

Further to the document Russell shared (http://documentation.red-gate.com/display/APP9/Troubleshooting+missing+results), you may want to double check what profiling mode you're using.
If you're using Sampling mode, the profiler can't get any hit counts. If you're using method-level timings, then the profiler can only get hit counts and timings for methods, but not individual lines of code.

It was indeed an issue of Profiling mode.
But now, I'm missing info within the code lines

Hm, can I just check if the issue remains if you select the entire region of the timeline?
At first look, it seems that the time selected may be the problem. If not though, can you please send us your results file to support@red-gate.com with the subject "Results file for #97643"?
