Script Validation Failed

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server).

Can any one help me to fix this error...
I am using ReadyRoll core with Visual Studio 2017.
The above error is generating most of the time.

Have you looked into this: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/walzenbach/2010/04/14/how-to-enable-remote-connections-in-sql-server-2008/

A while ago I had a similar issue and this fixed it.
The error message in the first place has nothing to do with ReadyRoll.
