SNMP trap eventtime

In my case SNMP notifications use a time designation followed by a 'Z' . (Zulu time zone?) Same localization is used in the base monitor log file. Is there a way to use a local time designation in the SNMP traps?

Example of an SNMP trap sent from the SQLMonServer Base Monitor:

    ID: 216006
    Title: SQL Server instance unreachable
Description: The SQL Server instance is not running or cannot be contacted on the network.
    Date: 2017-07-06 07:15:45Z
    Severity: High
    Host: Server\instance
    URL: http://SQLMonServer:8088/show/alert/216006
    State: Raised
    Hostname: Server
    Group: 3 - Development

Following the URL to the SQL Monitor alert window states a time of 9:15:45, which is in our local timezone.

Is there a way to get the datetime in a local time zone format in the SNMP trap?
