This assembly has been built with an evaluation version of SmartAssembly, which has expired.

I have never chosen to use this product, however I did at one point try out the RedGate SQL Tools, now when I try to compile and publish VS2012 applications, and then deploy to the production server I get the error:

"This assembly has been built with an evaluation version of SmartAssembly, which has expired. "

Please advise how to get rid of this, as it is unwanted and unsolicited.
