Licensing for use in build automation

in SQL Compare
I would like to use the SQL Compare command line tool in automating database migrations (using TeamCity) from source control (we are using SQL Source Control too).
What are our options? We are currently licensed for 3 developers. Do we need to buy a license for the automation system, too or is there some other option?
