Do we have any option to set Pre Deployment and Post Deployment migration Scripts??

We don't have this in Compare itself at the moment, but if you want to work with migration scripts you can do so through SQL Source Control - eg there's a worked example here: https://documentation.red-gate.com/display/SOC5/Splitting+a+column+without+data+loss
