DLM Dashboard 1.7.6.1576 not saving any modifications

I am using DLM Dashboard 1.7.6.1576 but few days back it stop sending drift notifications , then when I went back and try to re-save page do not move at all nothing changes , I went to configuration > user section all my users are gone nothing is showing but they can login.

Can any one please help me ? or do I need to uninstall and install the stable version DLM Dashboard 1.7.5 ?
