Sql Monitor generates an Exception on SQL Server 2005

After updating SQL Monitor from 7.0.10 to 7.0.13 all SQL Server 2005 monitored instances generate the exception "Cannot assign a default value to a local variable. Must declare the scalar variable "@endDate"."

This looks like a query we're running isn't working properly on SQL2005, which we've seen in other cases. A fix for this has gone into the build and should be available in 7.0.14, which should be released in 2 weeks.
