Disabling auto mapping of columns on version 12.3.3.4490

I want to disable automapping feature for some of the tables or completely to all tables is there any way to do this?

Sure - there's a project option called "Auto-map similar columns" which is checked by default. If you disable it, only columns with exactly the same name will be mapped.
