This serial number is not for SQL Toolkit

Having another issue getting the product to license. According to my license, I downloaded and installed the latest version of SQLDeveloperBundle. I went to SQL Compare 12, and it appears that it is licensed correctly. When I run my program that is using the Redgate dll's I get the activation window. When I enter the license I get that This serial Number is not for SQL toolkit. I have a license.licx file... but still getting the error. Any thoughts?

Just need to know what I am missing?

Also getting this: Method not found: 'RedGate.Shared.SQL.ExecutionBlock.ExecutionBlock RedGate.Shared.SQL.ExecutionBlock.BlockLoader.LoadFromString(System.String)'.
