SQL CI and/or Octopus ignoring migration scripts

Hi all!
I have set up migration script folders from within SQL Source Control and have actioned a deployment to use a migration script. However upon deploying to an instance with data, the deployment fails stating that I should use migration script to cover the change. The change is a column data type alteration.
Having already set up migration script folder in source control and instructed to use a migration script sql file, I am wondering if I am missing something in the configuration here...?
I am using Source Control 4.1841 on SVN, CCNET for the build server and Octopus for deployment.
Many thanks in advance

Please note that if you are using migration scripts created with SQL Source Control 4.1.8 you will need to use a legacy version of the DLM Automation tools as well. DLM Automation 2 isn't compatible with those scripts.
