Makescripts via command line

I am generating scripts via the command and am having permission issues. The 1st time I run everything is fine and the folder is created. A subsequent run gets a permission error (Unexpected error: access to path is denied) and the folder is deleted. 3rd run works fine. The login I am using has full admin rights on the server and full control on the path. The command I am using is SQLCompare.exe" /server1:sql1 /database1:AMAC /Makescripts:"F:\AMACScripts" /force.
