SQL Tab History - "Remove tabs older than this"

Hello,

Background: I am looking at getting rid from my tab history changes that I have made to stored procedures as they are now saved in the database. I can do this by searching for things like "Create Procedure", "Alter Procedure", or other needed variants.

But, before I destroy my entire tab history, I need to get some clarification on exactly what "Remove tabs older than this" actually does.

  • Does it delete all tab history older than this disregarding the filter (not good), or only the ones that are filtered and shown in the list ("correct" answer).
  • Does it leave or delete the item that is currently being right-clicked on and "Remove tabs older than this" is chosen.

This is less critical to me, but I just want to know.
Thanks,
Jim
