Issue when trying to perform remote commands through UI

Hi,
Whenever I try to do a 'push' or 'pull from remote repository' using a configured GIT repo, I get an error saying a connection with the server could not be established. Doing these commands via command line work fine. Not sure how to troubleshoot. Thanks.
