RedGate.SQLCompare.Engine: Unable to contact Redgate Client

I've written an Azure Function to handle our database comparison and synchronization needs. When I try to execute the function hosted on Azure, I get the following error: RedGate.SQLCompare.Engine: Unable to contact Redgate Client. What do I need to do to use SQL Compare SDK in my cloud-based programs?
