System OutofMemoryException while there's plenty of memory ?

Hi.
I've been trying to compile my windows application through SA 6.9 and I keep getting the error "System OutofMemoryException" and this is while I have 16GB of memory installed and the error is given when only about 3.2GB is being used. here are the precise errors I keep getting... what is the problem what should I do ?

You're seeing this error because SmartAssembly 6.9 is 32bit only. I've emailed you a link to the 64bit version.
