liveToWorkingBase didn't get set

I get this message on the Get Latest and Commit tabs. This just started today.
I've restarted my computer.
I've unlinked and linked back to SVN.
I've checked multiple databases pointing to the same SVN repository.
None of these made a difference. This SVN repository does not get updated in any way except through Redgate source control.
I checked another database that points to a different SVN repository and it works fine.
