RedGateDatabaseInfo.xml corruption

We use SQL Source Control to manage static data in TFS - as expected this adds the affected tables to RedGateDatabaseInfo.xml.

However, it seems that SQL Compare 12 overwrites this file removing the references to the tables for which static data should be source controlled.

This causes problems for SQL data Compare 911 or 12) and also, if the file is checked back in to TFS makes the static data tables appear conflicted in SSOC.

We have now reverted to v11
