Monitoring Availability Group - licensing question

We have an Active-Passive SQL 2014 Availability Group we want to monitor. We previously had only a single SQL 2008 server, but migrated to the 2014 AG setup for high availability on our production system. We currently have SQL Monitor watching only the Active node in the AG (since it was previously monitoring the single SQL server we had), but would like to monitor the entire AG so we don't lose monitoring when we have to fail over. However, we currently have only one monitored server for SQL Monitor. To monitor the entire AG do we need to purchase additional monitored server licenses to cover the Passive node, or will one monitored server license cover the entire AG?
