Reigate Client Does Not Honor Trial Period

I installed Reigate performance profiler, memory profiler and the .Net Reflector tool a few minutes ago. Within those few minutes, the RedGate client Gui window disappeared, and when re-opened it claimed my trial was over. I had no chance to start a profiling session or do anything except watch the application disappear in front of me.
Not sure if this tool is good or bad and this issue doesn't show promise. In any case, I would like to complete the trial.
This is the third machine this has been attempted on. In all cases, the issue is the same. All are Windows Server 2012 R2.
What do I do here?

Apologies that you've had this trouble, we've hit a bug in the latest release that is causing issues with ANTS reading certain serial keys. I've emailed you a new key, let me know if you need further help.
