SQL Source Control feature missing in version 5

Hi there,

The SQL Source Control feature below is not present anymore in the SQL Source Control version I am using (5.1.3.3063). Can this please be added back?

allow start entering commit comment while sql source control "determining latest version" and so on.

This feature has now been re-enabled in SQL Source Control.

Please update to the latest version to be able to use it.
