SQL Search 2 placing lock on model

Could not obtain exclusive lock on database 'model'. Retry the operation later.
CREATE DATABASE failed. Some file names listed could not be created. Check related errors.

I looked at list of locks and identified

This prevented SQL Compare 11 from creating new db based on the target destination until I waited for SQL Search to release lock.
