cannot commit dropped objects

I created a stored procedure and committed to Sql Server Source Control. Two weeks later I dropped the procedure and attempted to commit the change to source control. I received this error:
PendDelete returned an unexpected number of files.
As recommended in another post I delinked source control from the database and relinked it. I still get the error.
Thanks

Thanks for contacting us and sorry you are having this issue!
This is just a copy of what I sent via email-
Would you mind updating to the latest version of Source Control? (Help -> Check for Updates, see attached)
If that does not work could you close SSMS then go to C:Users%UserName%AppDataLocalRed GateSQL Source Control 5Caches and delete the contents?
Let me know if you continue to get any errors after that!
