SQL Compare uses wrong source control

Sql compare throws error:
Error retrieving migration scripts.
I am using Team Foundation Server online.
Since creating the migration script for this particular database, the url and the project name have been changed.
If I create a new project for the database, it pulls in the old source control information.
Where is this being stored and how do I edit it so I use the scripts I created.
I am currently using:
Sql Compare version 11.5.2.509
Sql Source Control version 4.4.0.1714 standard
Sql server 2012 sp2
