Install Issues - SQL Prompt not accessible

One of my team members had the Trial Version, and when it ran out, she attempted to activate a licensed version. Using the download link provided, she went through the installing and license procedure. However, once it was installed, it is not accessible on SQL Server Management Studio. It shows up on Installed Programs in the Control Panel, but after numerous uninstall/reinstalls of both SQL Prompt and SQL Server, nothing seems to allow her to gain access to SQL Prompt.
We've put in a Support Ticket, and I was just wondering if anyone had similar experiences and could give a quick and easy fix.
