For IIS express I get:

Application: iisexpress.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: exception code c0000005, exception address 0000000180042996

This is what I see when trying to profile ASP.NET application.
Is this the profiler issue?
Is there any fix/workaround for it?

Hi krzysztof, thanks for your post and sorry to hear you're running into these issues!

I updated the support ticket we have opened for your earlier today, but I've also copied my response below.

    ----

It looks like the crash that's occurring happens in the profiler core DLL, so we may need to get a crash dump in order to get more details. To help us first rule out common issues though, can I please check:

    - If you update to and use the latest version of the profiler, v9.5 (Help>Check for updates), does the crash still occur?
    - If you start your application normally and then profile by attaching to process, does the crash still occur?
    - Does it make any difference if you go to Tools>Advanced options, disable "Profile with async awareness" , enable "Simplify very complex stack traces...", and then profile again?

    Please let me know!
