SQL Monitor 5.1.1 minor issue

I installed/upgraded from 4.2 to 5.1.1 yesterday. Everything appears to be running just fine. However, on minor issue. We have a few SQL Servers that have a lot of locking/deadlock issues and it appears that this showing up in the SQL Server log since the upgrade puts more things into the SQL Server log since 4.2. Is there anyway to turn this off and keep the deadlock detecting off?
