Unfortunately DLM Dashboard cannot track changes to SQL Agent jobs. Additionally, there's no way to add the master database.
If you'd like to suggest that this feature should be added to DLM Dashboard, I recommend that you post the idea on our UserVoice site - there you can make suggestions as well as vote and comment on suggestions made by other users.
