SQL CI + NuGet Packages + Team City

Hello,

I'm not sure if this ids the correct forum for this question, but I'll give it a shot.

I am dealing with an older version of SQL CI (v1.0.0.966). I'm interested in creating NuGet packages for my DB changes using TeamCity.

First, does this version event support this feature? I ask because my TeamCity plugin suggests that this is available, but it has dependencies on Deployment Manager, which I do not have.

Could someone describe what the flow is to create NuGet packages for SQL changes?
