If "Get Latest" includes conflict, update fails

When "Get Latest" includes conflict it does not execute in correct order if there are dependencies. I have a stored procedure that had a conflict. The procedure has a table dependency who's columns had been modified in the same update. The script produced by Get Update placed the stored procedure above the dependent tables.
