Differences not found

Hi,
I've found an issue with SQL Compare.
When comparing databases, known differences are not being found. When the item is found in the list of identical objects, clicking on it will highlight the expected differences.
This appears to happen for stored procedures and when the difference is in a comments header. The same example in a view IS found by SQL Compare.
Ignore comments is not selected. Adding a change to the body of the stored procedure causes the proc to appear in the list of different objects.
Many thanks,
Jamie.
