Getting Administrative Prohibition error

When setting up testinng SMTP email with SQL Backup 5.3 I am getting a popup error "Administrative prohibition"

I am a local admin on the server and the Service account running Sql Backup is also a local admin on the server.

Can you provide some more information as to what this error is pointing too??

The error is generated by the SMTP server, and generally implies the server doesn't want to accept the mail (rather than a technical problem). This could be because the mail is being flagged as spam, or the machine sending the test has been flagged as an open relay.
