Object showing as different, yet no differences

We've run into this issue for a while now and I'm finally getting around to see if I can determine what the problem is. When we run schema compare, every now and then we'll have an object show up in the list of "objects that exist in both but are different". However, when I highlight this object, I cannot see any differences and none are highlighted. In addition, the "Previous" and "Next" buttons next to the "Show" options are both grayed out.

Schema Compare for Oracle v3.1.5.1321

The options I have checked for the tool are as follows:
Behavior
Include deployment script header
Include SET DEFINE OFF
Detect renamed columns

Ignore
slow dependencies
dependent objects in other schemas
white space
double quotes in PL/SQL blocks
external table location
sequence current value
materialized views START WITH value

Include Storage
No options checked here.

Is this a bug or is it something that is actually different that I cannot see? I'm looking for any information anyone can provide. Has anyone experienced this before?

Thanks,

    Hi

Thank you for your forum post.

Would you please enable the verbose logging as per this HELP DOCUMENT.

Please make a note of how to locate the logs files.

Repeat the comparison attempt, when the comparison results display, locate the current log file and the SCO_Comparison.log. Please send an email to support@red-gate.com with a copies of the two log files created.

Also when you review the comparison results, if you click the 'Show' and you able to select the 'Show PL/SQL differences' option? If the answer is yes, does the SQL Differences highlight the difference found?

    Many Thanks
