Can't attach to IIS on Windows 2012 R2

I'm trying to profile an asp.net website and can't get the profile to start. The log has this error. I have disabled scanning of the Antivirus. This is a new server build. No prior profiling tools.

Event log has this error.

The GUID in the registry is the Redgate profiler class.

The profiler core does not need to be loaded if you use "Sampling" mode of profiling so in the meantime using that mode should help workaround the problem.

Can you check if the user launching ANTS is added to the "Debug Programs" policy in Windows?

Can you check if an antivirus is interfering at all with the profiler connecting to the process?
