Is this possible from data collected by SQL Monitor?
If yes, how?

Thanks for posting on the Redgate forums.
Unfortunately, I don't think this is possible. SQL monitor doesn't collect this information.
If you investigate this thread http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2895 ... y-database you can see why this might not be possible. You would be able to add the scripts in this thread to a custom metric in SQL monitor but these don't report on individual databases rather individual queries.
