Problem with script

I created a script that opens a few .scp files and creates an interactive html.

a few lines of ... in a batch file and then moves xml to a folder...
start /d "C:Program Files (x86)Red GateSQL Compare 11" /wait sqlcompare.exe /project:c:compareODSSCHEEP.scp /report:c:compareODSSCHEEP.html /reportType:interactive

In one scp file i got differences, in all other ones there were no diffs but there were in the database. When i manually open the scp -file and run it, the differences are shown.. So when i save the scp-file and start it up with (in the right folder) sqlcompare /project:"c:compareBHCDM.scp"i get :
Error: The selected objects are identical or no objects have been selected in the comparison. Use /include:Identical to
suppress this error.

Version Professional
So in short manually it really always works.. with command line sometimes it works but for other project files it doesn't (while there are diffs)...

Hope someone can help !
