Question concerning the account credentials

Hiya,
I got a question concerning the account credentials to log in to the SQL server.
We installed the SQL Response software on a pc (where we have full administrator rights) and where we can connect without any problems to the SQL Server instance on a server (thru SQL Server authentication) but the software also need a user to connect to the SQL server and here lies the problem. We aren’t administrator of that server so the hosting company is going to create a user for us on that server but now they have asked us what kind of rights they need to give to this user and what kind of protocol(s) SQL Response uses to connect so they can open the necessary ports on their firewall as well.
Thanks in advance,

SQL Response currently requires admin rights on the SQL instance.
It also requires a windows account with enough privileges to access WMI on the server.
See the following knowledge base article: http://support.microsoft.com/default.as ... -us;295292
WMI doesn't play nicely with firewalls, so this will also need some configuration: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms809327.aspx
