The quickest way of including all schemas to the comparison is to use the '/Project' switch, for example:
sco /project:"C:Schema Compare for OracleProjectsWidgetDatabases.ocp"
The '/Project' switch allows you to use a saved project file to specify the schema you wish to compare. To create a Project file, you need to use the Schema Compare for Oracle GUI:
Select the data sources.
Schemas to compare.
Perform a comparison
Select the objects to deploy.
Save the project, which will create a .OCP file
Once you have the .OCP file, use the command line with the /project:"<path to .ocp file>"
I hope the above helps.
