Sql Data Compare - Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint

I am currently creating a copy of one of our transactional databases and I am using SQL Data Compare to sync it. How do I deal with this error? I am very new to using Red Gate and I would appreciate tips and best practices to structure a sync job in Red Gate.
