CHM does not create any content in file

Hi
Recently purchased sql doc 3.0.3.94

All other options work but CHM file creates only the left side of the tree with list of tables, etc and does not create any content on the right side.
Operating system : Windows 7 64 bit

I have installed the latest version of Microsoft® HTML Help Workshop

Please let me know how to resolve the issue.

Thanks for your post and sorry you are having this issue!

Often times CHM files are blocked by the operating system, so you need to go about unblocking them before you can view them properly

To unblock the CHM file:

1. Right-click the file and select Properties.
2. In the General tab, click Unblock
