ANTS Profiling - Across Machines

Hi,

I have ASP.NET UI in mahine M1, WCF Middle Tier in machine M2 and Oracle Database in machine M3.

For a given action/scenario/use-case,
how do we set-up ANTS profiler to monitor performance and memory.

Any idea, let me know.
