Uninstall expired .Net Reflector Visual Studio Extension 8.5

I have managed to uninstall expired .Net Reflector Visual Studio Extension 8.5 from VS2010 using "Tools/Extension Manager". Under W2008 R2 during uninstall from "Control Panel/Programs and Features" there is message "The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation". I am administrator on my computer. It is possible to uninstall .Net Reflector Desktop.
How to uninstall .Net Reflector Visual Studio Extension 8.5?

    I have installed it on another clean W2008 R2 environment. Immediately after installation I am unable to uninstall it (Visual Studio Extension). Message: System administrator has set policies to prevent this installation
