Understanding Profiler Results

I have been using v9 to profile my web application. It has really helped focus on the parts of our code that we poorly written (not by me!!!), and I have been tweaking it all. I've now got to the position where profiler only tells me that it is MVC (v4) that is the hot part of the site now.


Is there any way to establish what I can do to work out how to improve this side, as there is still an issue under load when the site is slow to respond.
