update table by vb.net (inserted,updated record only)

i am new in using redgate and i think it is a powerful tool for updating data
my question is how can i update some tables from my current sql server dbase
to onther sql server dbase for inserted and updated records only ?
(by command line i can do that but i want to do that by vb.net)
