*SQL Prompt performance over VPNs and high latency networks*

I see the post above about this issue, but I cannot see any progress or comment on it (and I cannot comment on the issue there because it's locked).

I'm looking for an update here. Most of my team works from home and SQL Prompt over a VPN is generally unusable. It'd be one thing if it just didn't do what it's supposed to do (reformat, autocomplete, etc.), but it essentially locks everything up inside Management Studio to the point that you want to throw your computer out the window.

Any update or progress?

    Hello,

    SQL Prompt team is currently working on version 4 and it is most likely that we might address this issue for this version. However, I will not be able to promise anything more at this stage. We will post more updates shortly once we have made any progress on this issue.
