Data Compare Export issue

Seems like an obvious one to ask but presumably the Rows to include checkboxes make a difference.

I have a table with over 235k rows and my comparision results come back with just 350 differences between my staging and production tables after running a scenario on staging.
I want to refresh staging and re-run the scenario post-codechange and then compare again; and then compare the 2 comparisons to check datachange is identical.
Therefore i would expect to uncheck the 'identical' checkbox in the export. It appears that regardless of checking that or not I get a huge file containing all rows including the identical #d rows.

Is this expected behaviour?
