Not working with Any-CPU on 64bit OS

Hi,
I am using Win7 64 Bit os and ANTS Performance Profiler 9.1.
When I start an .NET4.0 Winforms app in 32bit mode the counters are show.
If I start the same app as Any-CPU no CPU counter is shown in the profiler.
I tried to restore the counters as mentioned in other threads without success.
Corresponding to the log files the "[Profiler pipe monitor]" entries are missing in 64bit mode.
Do you have any hint?
